The policy

14 days from purchase, any reason, no questions asked. You do not have to justify it, describe a fault, or show us anything.

How to get one

Email contacto@themagicclspa.com from the address you bought with, or use the contact link on your receipt. Say "refund". That is the whole process. We acknowledge within 2 business days and issue it immediately.

When the money arrives

Our payment provider processes the refund to the original payment method. Card issuers typically post it within five to ten business days; the delay is the bank's, not ours.

The honest part

Because you receive the complete source at the moment of purchase, we ask you to delete your copy when you take a refund. We have no way to verify that and we are not going to try: the refund is issued either way. This policy works because most people are honest, and we would rather be occasionally taken advantage of than make you argue for your money back.

After 14 days

Refunds are at our discretion. If the code does not do something this site says it does, write to us — that is a defect, and we will either fix it or refund you regardless of the date.

Chargebacks

Please email before disputing a charge. A chargeback costs us more than the refund does and takes months to resolve for you. If you do not recognise a charge, it is because our payment provider is the seller of record and the charge carries their name, not ours.
