What this site collects

If you send the contact form: your email address and your message, so we can reply. That is all. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds nothing from third parties and has no advertising.

What the checkout collects

Checkout happens on our payment provider. They collect what a sale requires — name, email, billing country, tax identifier where relevant, and the payment details, which we never see or store. They are the data controller for that transaction and their privacy policy governs it. We receive the order record: your name, email, country and what you bought.

Why we hold it

To deliver what you paid for, to answer support, and because tax and accounting law in Chile requires us to keep records of sales.

How long

Contact messages: up to two years. Order records: as long as Chilean tax law requires, currently six years.

Who else sees it

our payment provider as merchant of record; our email provider to deliver messages; our hosting provider, which stores no order data. We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not build profiles.

Your rights

Write to contacto@themagicclspa.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 2 business days. Records we are legally required to keep are the one thing we cannot delete on request, and we will say so explicitly if that applies.
